Fundação Getulio Vargas’ Brazilian School of Public and Business Administration (FGV EBAPE) has formed a partnership with Promoting Research on Digitalisation in Emerging Powers and Europe towards Sustainable Development (PRODIGEES), a project run by the German government. The initiative promotes international collaboration and the sharing of knowledge on global governance and key issues around digitization in support of the goals of the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
In Brazil, PRODIGEES’ manager is Professor Roberto Pimenta, the head of FGV EBAPE’s Center for Academic Education and Research, while its coordinator is Professor Juliana Mansur. The project involves the exchange of knowledge, whereby the school’s professors and researchers take their academic and scientific perspectives abroad and foreign professors share their experiences in Brazil.
“The main objective of the project is to generate a better understanding of digital transformation processes and exponential technologies, as well as their impacts on sustainable development in different regions of the world,” says Professor Mansur.
