The Center for Banking and Finance Research (CBFR) in Rio promotes cutting-edge international research in the areas of banking and finance, acting as a forum for knowledge transfer and collaboration between scholars and market practitioners. CBFR also cooperates with researchers from universities in Asia, Europe, and the United States, all internationally renowned in the fields of banking and finance.
Center for Applied Research on Accounting and Data Analysis (ARC-A&A)
The center’s main mission is to develop and disseminate knowledge in accounting and data analysis. The studies developed seek to solve problems in planning, budgeting, accounting, auditing, and data analysis.
Center for Applied Research in People Management
The Center for Applied Research in People Management focuses on studies on leadership, human resources (sub)systems, people analytics, and issues of social justice that affect non-hegemonic groups (race, ethnicity, nationality, migration, social class, and gender identity and expression), including all other domains of diversity in human relationships.

The Center for Studies in Sustainability and Excellence in Management (CESGE) was created in August 2011 to support public and private Brazilian organizations in developing specific knowledge to achieve gains in productivity and competitiveness. Through applied research, CESGE adjusts management methodologies imported from other cultural and institutional contexts to Brazil.
