International Programs
IBEA - International Business Education Alliance
Students must enrol in the BSc in Administration to enter the IBEA.
About the program
The International Business Education Alliance – IBEA is a unique program carried out by four internationally recognized business schools working in partnership. After completing the first two years of the BSc in Administration at FGV EBAPE, students can study each of the remaining semesters in a different continent, experiencing the theory and practice of management learning in different countries and cultures. Each international cohort is made up of 10 students from four partner schools, which makes up a class of 40 global students.
Each host institution offers specific courses, cultural courses, and professional immersion.
In addition to strong local and regional exposure, students gain hands-on experience in global management by working closely with each school’s partner organizations. Thus, participating students can build a strong global network that will contribute to their professional future.
Objective
IBEA aims to provide undergraduate students with an exceptional and comprehensive view of the global business environment through an integrated experience in four continents and interaction with colleagues worldwide.
Program duration
48 months (24 months at FGV EBAPE and 24 months as part of a global cohort at three international institutions)

- During the fifth, sixth and seventh semesters IBEA students attend classes at the other three institutions participating in IBEA, forming a single cohort with students selected from each school.
- The last semester is concluded in Brazil and has the participation of students in a project of organizational experience in relevant companies in their segments. During this same period, students celebrate the completion of the course.
- At the end of the period of stay in each of the destination institutions, the student will receive a record containing all the subjects studied, workload and the number of credits completed.
- If the student fails any of the disciplines studied abroad, upon returning to FGV EBAPE, he/she must comply with it in order to complete the grade and obtain the diploma.
- If approved in all the specific disciplines of each institution, the student will earn a certificate of participation signed by each of the schools and, upon completing the entire mandatory curriculum, will obtain the Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from FGV EBAPE.
