The Internship and Career Development Center has as main objective to facilitate the placement and professional development of FGV EBAPE students, promoting the integration between students and alumni with the job market (private, public and third sector companies).
NEDC works primarily with the curatorship and advertisement of internship opportunities, trainees and professionals, individual guidance for career planning. The NEDC team also holds lectures and preparation workshops for selection processes and visits to companies, in addition to being responsible for the bureaucratic procedure of the internship contracts of the students.
The Internship and Career Development Center promotes professional networking for students and alumni through specific programs – such as Carreira em Foco and Carreira in Loco – and is also present on social networks such as Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Help the student body of undergraduate courses at FGV in Rio de Janeiro to develop, in addition to technical skills, behavioral skills recognized and demanded by the corporate universe, providing and training students in the most effective tools for personal presentation and marketing, networking and networks and promoting processes of self-knowledge and career management.
- Survey the employability rates of each group of recent graduates.
- To be an increasingly active and effective interface between FGV EBAPE students/former students and employers and contacts that can help them professionally.
