In 2015, FGV EBAPE’s Undergraduate Public and Business Administration established the Field Project, an initiative to offer students their first professional experience within a public, private, or non-governmental organization.

Over the years, the Field Project became a mandatory part of the program, named in the curriculum as “Organizational Experiences.” The activity is designed for students in the 3rd and 4th periods, as their first experience in the organizational environment. Students are immersed in organizations, facing real challenges, striving to solve a management issue.

When engaged in the Organizational Experience, the student has the opportunity to apply the theoretical framework learned in different courses, connecting theory and practice in real situations. The activity contributes to developing a set of competencies essential to prepare students for their professional careers.
