This track focuses on analyzing processes and interventions designed to alter relationships of the organization with the market society. Studies on the formation and management of strategic alliances, partnerships, mergers and acquisitions and internationalization processes, as well examining the formulation and implementation processes are managerial and technological innovations. This involves other areas such as entrepreneurship, innovation, governance, marketing, information systems, internationalization, business proceedings, strategy and decision-taking.
Behavior and Strategic Management of People
This track examines the dynamics of individual behavior and relationships and interactions among individuals and organizations. It encompasses the study of the impacts of management policies and practices on people and labor relations in organizations, as well as alignment with the organizational strategy. Investigating the management of intangible organizational assets such as culture, leadership and relationships of trust as teaching skills and competitive advantages, it also analyses relationships among the labor relations, management and personnel fields, in addition to their links with corporate social responsibility. It encompasses the personnel, structure, processes and organizational behavior areas.
Corporate Finance and Accounting
This track addresses studies and research projects focused on conceptual and/or empirical aspects related to the preparation, disclosure and use of economic and financial information in decisions on allocating funds, as well as teaching and developing the skills required for these actions. It is broken out into: Auditing; Corporate Accounting; Corporate Finance; Valuation; Risk Management; Judgment and Decision-Taking in Finance and Accounting; Quantitative Methods Applied to Finance and Accounting; Regulation, Fraud and Data Rigging.
