Students are recruited from each of the four countries represented in the program, making up a cohort of around 40 students, from as many as seven different countries around the world. Interaction with people from different cultures and mindsets helps you reexamine your viewpoints, perspectives, heightening your self-awareness, and honing your intercultural skills. These are the first steps towards becoming a truly global manager!

"I am really proud to be part of the IBEA program and represent FGV all over the world. Studying in four different countries was a life-changing opportunity. Living abroad pushed me to step outside of my comfort zone and experience very rich cultural diversity. The program gave me a global family that will forever be close to me. "

"Being part of IBEA has not only allowed me to grow as a student of business – while studying at the best business schools – but it has also provided me with the opportunity to connect with people from four different continents. I have also been able to develop a perception that different cultures influence business and people’s relationships in such a globalized and diverse world."

The IBEA program has been a life-changing experience of which everybody should have the opportunity to be a part! It showed me a completely different perspective of the world. To be able to understand and respect different cultures is a virtue and it allows you to build relationships everywhere! IBEA has put me in contact with global issues and topics that have opened up my mind and changed my way of thinking. If I could, I’d do it all over again

"The IBEA program has been an amazing experience. Being able to be in contact with so many different cultures, people, and organizations, in such a short time, gave me a unique opportunity to leave my comfort zone, challenge myself and readapt myself, at each destination. It has also provided me with moments of self-awareness and personal development. Today I realize how much difference the program has made in my personal, academic and professional life, and I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to experience all these moments."
