Juliana Arcoverde Mansur
Prof Juliana Mansur is an Adjunct Professor and Researcher in the area of Organizational Behavior. Her focus is on Leadership and the Individual-Organization Relationship. She teaches Research Methods, Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Leadership and Teams in the Master's and Undergraduate programs at FGV EBAPE. She acts as a researcher at the Center for Applied Research in People management and Sustainability at FGV EBAPE. Prof.Mansur had been grated the Junior Researcher Fellowship offered by FAPERJ (Jovem Cientista do NossoEstado), and also the GLOBE award for Best Paper, offered by the GLOBE Foundation. She also works as Academic Coordinator of international programs (Double Degree ESSEC, DuaDegree ESCP, IBEA and Multicultural Experience) and Responsible for the Grant and Fundraising Area at FGV EBAPE. She acts as an Associate Editor in the Organizational Behavior area at the Brazilian Business Review (BBR). In addition to academic experience, she has professional experience in HR and Business Consulting.
