Selected for the Visiting Scholar Program at Stanford-Lemann Center, Sept-Dec 2023. 

Elected by peers as Research Coordinator in the Academy of Management - Management Education Division, 2023-2025. 

Appointed as Ambassador at the Management Education Division - Academy of Management, representing Brazil, in 2021. 

President of the Inclusion and Diversity Committee of the Education Council of the State of Rio de Janeiro. 

Member of the Basic Education Maintenance and Development Fund of the State of Rio de Janeiro - FUNDEB.
