The Field Project is an innovative practical experience that integrates the education of undergraduate students in Business Administration at FGV EBAPE. Conducted during the 4th semester of the program, the project, coordinated by Professor Carla Soares, bridges theory and practice by involving major companies in real management challenges.
In the 2025 edition, prominent organizations such as Ambev, L’Oréal, iFood, Hospital Sírio-Libanês, and Kearney actively participated, offering complex scenarios for students. Over four months of immersion, teams developed creative and strategic solutions, using advanced methodologies to directly impact the operations and planning of partner companies.
The highlight of the project was the final presentation, held at the FGV Cultural Center, which attracted a large audience and showcased the students' talent and dedication. The event included a special panel, "The Importance of Connecting Academia and the Market," featuring representatives from partner companies and EBAPE alumni, now leaders at major organizations such as VTEX and ENGIE. Professor Alketa Peci, vice-director of FGV EBAPE, emphasized during the panel the importance of this integration in preparing professionals to face global challenges.
In addition to providing a unique practical experience, the Field Project reaffirms FGV EBAPE's commitment to preparing global, ethical, and innovative leaders capable of transforming the business world and contributing to the sustainable development of organizations and society.
