The celebration of FGV EBAPE’s 70th anniversary in a ceremony held on December 15 at the FGV Cultural Center was another of the numerous milestones in the institution’s history of dedication to teaching and research in the field of administration.
FGV president, professor Carlos Ivan Simonsen Leal, kicked off the event by recalling some curious, unwritten facts about the years in which FGV EBAPE began its journey of excellence.
Next, the FGV EBAPE’s Dean, Professor Flavio Vasconcelos, highlighted the school’s characteristics, which have led to decades of tradition in innovating in the administration field.
The Head of the Academic and Research Education and Training Center (CFAP), Professor Roberto Pimenta, emphasized that the search for excellence is a daily task. He thanked all employees, departments, students, alumni, faculty, and institutional partners for their collaboration.
During the ceremony, the former deans, Paulo Roberto Motta, Armando Cunha, Bianor Cavalcanti, and the president of FGV, Carlos Ivan Simonsen, were honored for their fundamental contribution to the FGV EBAPE’s success.
The school’s Communications and Alumni Network coordinator, Darliny Amorim, presented a video produced in celebration of FGV EBAPE’s 70th anniversary.
