A.: Before starting the test, you need to take a photo of the front of your document, the back of your document and a selfie to attach to the system. We recommend that you upload these documents as soon as possible. Your proof will be registered and will have facial recognition, for this reason we need to collect your document and your selfie. Everything to offer a safe and fair test! During your selection process, photos are taken every 10 seconds so the system can be sure that you are the one taking the test. 

A.: The test will be held in two Modules, each lasting 1h30. It is a possible time to be managed by the candidate. With this, it will not be allowed to be absent during the test, for any reason.

A.: It is not allowed to use a draft during the Writing test. In the second Module of tests, due to the Mathematics questions, the use of a draft will be allowed. The draft must consist of  loose white sheets and it must be written in pencil. No electronic object may be used as a draft. 

A.: Mobile devices such as cell phones and tablets will not be allowed. The test must be taken on a desktop or laptop computer. 

A.: The following operating systems and browsers can be used: 

Windows 7 or higher (Firefox or Chrome), MacOS 10.10 or higher (Firefox or Chrome). We recommend at least 500Mb of free RAM to run the application and a minimum connection of 1 mega. The keyboard must be in Portuguese (Brazil ABNT or ABNT 2). Finally, the use of a webcam will be essential. 

A.: You can use a webcam, integrated into the computer or attached, as long as it works perfectly. A function test, prior to the test, can be performed at the following link: https://www.onlinemictest.com/webcam-test/. The use of a cell phone as a webcam is not allowed. 

The performance of the tests will be controlled through a virtual timer that will close the application when the time limit is reached. Likewise, the system will display the number of characters in the essay. It is the candidate's responsibility to manage the test time. The system will not give an alert when the deadline is running out. It is also your responsibility to manage your production in accordance with the minimum (2,500) and maximum characters allowed (3,500) for writing the essay. 

Check your internet connection in advance. It is suggested to use a network cable for a more stable connection. Always have a Plan B anticipating a possible connection drop. We remind you that technical problems that prevent or negatively impact the candidate in taking the test are the sole responsibility of the candidate, and that FGV is not responsible for any situation in this regard.

For the test, place the snack in a container and separate the bottle with water. Both – snack container and water bottle – must be transparent. 

It is not allowed that the candidate wear a cap, bonnet, hood or headphones during the test or anything that prevents perfect visibility of his face.

To access the test platform and perform the check-in, your security authentication will be composed as follows: 

• Login: CPF (no dots or spaces); 

• Password: Registration Number.
