IBEA
The International Business Education Alliance – IBEA is a unique program that offers FGV EBAPE students who attended the first four semesters of the Business Administration Graduation the opportunity to join a Global Cohort.
Resulting from the partnership between four internationally recognized business schools, the Program allows the student, after completing the first two years of the Graduation at FGV EBAPE, to study each semester in a different continent, giving the opportunity to experience theory and practice of management learning in different countries and cultures.

Each host institution offers specific courses, in addition to cultural courses and field work.
Master in Management
The Master in Management is designed for recent graduates and professionals at the beginning of their careers. It is an international program requiring complete dedication, entirely taught in English, and offers students the opportunity to obtain a double degree while completing their studies abroad. Almost 80% of the students are foreigners, which increases the program’s multiculturalism.
With a strong focus on sustainability, a topic increasingly demanded by the market, the program offers an immersion experience in the Amazon rainforest, allowing students to have rich exchanges with companies that work with raw materials in their production chains.
The program offers Double Degrees with three international partners: Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics, Montpellier Business School, and ESCP Business School.
MSc & PhD in Administration
The MSc and PhD in Administration are FGV EBAPE’s academic graduate programs. They have an interdisciplinary approach, methodological rigor, cutting-edge faculty, highly relevant worldwide research, and extensive international experience. With exclusive dedication, the programs are taught entirely in English, requiring students to be proficient in the language and leading them to produce internationally impacting research.
International Masters Program for Managers
The International Masters Program for Managers (IMPM) incorporates leadership into management practice, gathering experienced professionals from around the world to exchange experiences and share insights. The program was designed around the managerial mindsets of top executives and encompasses innovative learning methods, such as Friendly Consulting, Managerial Exchanges, Impact Teams, and Keynote Listening.
It is an exclusive and absolutely unique program with the participation of five high-level management schools:
