Lars Norden is Professor of Banking and Finance at the Brazilian School of Public and Business Administration (FGV EBAPE) since August 2015 and the Brazilian School of Economics and Finance (FGV EPGE) since January 2020, Getulio Vargas Foundation in Rio de Janeiro. He is coordinator of the Center for Banking and Finance Research in Rio (CBFR) since January 2016. Before joining FGV EBAPE he was Professor at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM) from 2009-2015.

I have extensive experience in teaching, research, and technical consulting in the field of Accounting, working in both the public and private sectors. In addition, I have actively participated in important corporate governance bodies, serving as a member of the fiscal council of a publicly traded company, audit committee of a state-owned enterprise, and fiscal council of a nonprofit organization.
