IBEA
International Business Education Alliance
IBEA (International Business Education Alliance) is one of the most unique programs offered by FGV EBAPE for undergraduate students. In partnership with the renowned business schools University of Mannheim Business School, the University of South Carolina - Darla Moore School of Business and ESSEC Business School, the student is selected for a four-semester (24-month) exchange program, spending a semester of studies in Germany, another in the USA and finally in Singapore, and for FGV EBAPE students, the fourth semester is at the School itself.
The goal of IBEA is to form a global citizen, who at the end of the course has acquired greater cultural sensitivity and is capable of understanding the differences in the study and practice of management in other cultures and environments. During the exchange, the student will have the opportunity to study each semester not just in a different country, but on a different continent, being open to their learning and particularities.
Field Project
The Field Project brings academia closer to the job market and proposes that students have experience in organizations, developing real projects and facing the most varied challenges in the field of management, having the opportunity to combine professional practice with the knowledge acquired in the classroom.
Over the 3 months of Field Project activity, 4th year Business Administration students received tutoring from School’s professors and support from managers and teams from partner companies during on-site activities. The level of presentations and involvement of students in the developed projects demonstrated the high level of commitment and dedication of young people in establishing practical and viable solutions for organizations.
