The world’s most important universities are increasingly acknowledging the essential role that international experience plays in their academic performance. Based on this premise, EBAPE has created the International Relations Department, whose main objective is to promote and expand international cooperation within the scope of public and business administration.

The activities developed by the International Relations Department aim to give more exposure to the institution on the global stage, maintaining relationships with leading international higher education institutions. These strategic alliances take into account the quality of teaching and research, exposure to the local corporate environment and the willingness to achieve a balanced cooperation, by means of student and staff exchange, as well as the development of research, consultancy and joint academic activities and events.

EBAPE’s exchange programs allow its students to obtain a new perspective of the main issues that are relevant in the global scenario, thus increasing their perception of cultural diversity and international affairs.

Through the International Relations Department, EBAPE/FGV has implemented a Visiting Professor Program, which encourages visits by academics from different countries and regions, in order to conduct several types of activities that are geared towards Master’s and Doctorate students. These visits have created opportunities for the development of new projects and international links, which, in turn, allow for the strengthening of EBAPE as well as its partners abroad.
